Your cancellation rights, what can be returned, and how refunds are calculated.
For standard, unused stock items bought online you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us within those 14 days and return the item within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect (see below). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
You may handle an item only as much as you reasonably would in a shop to check it. Where an item comes back showing more than that, we reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value:
We do not accept change-of-mind returns after the 14-day cancellation window has closed. (This does not affect your rights for faulty items, below.)
We do not receive or process returns on Erev Yom Tov or Chol HaMoed. If your 14-day cancellation window falls during this period, email us within your 14 days to register the cancellation in writing and we will process it after the festival.
Separately from the above, if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have full statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — a repair, replacement or refund, with return costs covered by us. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, and any fault as soon as you notice it. These rights are not affected by any part of this policy.
Call 0203 011 0338 or use our contact formwith your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll take it from there. Post to: SukkahMart, 173 Golders Green Rd, London.
