Terms of service

An order is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive an order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith — we will always tell you honestly whether an order can arrive in time for Sukkot. See delivery information for details.

For orders shipped outside the UK, any import duties, customs fees, taxes and local VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges. These are charged by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot predict these amounts, and orders refused or returned due to unpaid import charges are subject to our standard returns terms.

Standard unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to condition-based deductions; custom items and lulav & etrog are non-returnable, and faulty items are always covered. See our full returns & refunds policy for the details.

Our sukkahs carry a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and any claim must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your SukkahMart receipt). It does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidental damage, or extreme weather. See our FAQ for how to make a claim.

Spare and replacement sukkah parts are available in person only, at our Golders Green or Manchester main branch, and are subject to availability. We cannot take spare-parts orders online or by phone, with the sole exception of the items listed on our spare parts page, which may be ordered there.

Sukkahs are temporary structures: follow the assembly instructions, anchor them as directed, and take them down in severe weather. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper assembly or extreme conditions.
